Well, another week has passed and I haven't finished half of my weekly to-do list! But at least I do have a menu plan for the coming week:
Monday: Easy Fish Tacos, green salad
Tuesday: Creamy Tuscan Chicken, rice, honey-glazed carrots
Wednesday: Breakfast Quiche (for dinner), gluten free banana-blueberry muffins
Thursday: Grilled Steaks, Parmesan Cottage Potatoes, green salad
Friday: GF BBQ Chicken Pizza, carrot and celery sticks
Sunday: Mrs. Leeper's Gluten Free Tuna Casserole, peas with garlic and mushrooms
