What's for Dinner Wednesday?

Photobucket

Tonight we're having one of our favorite gluten-free dinners: Crockpot Chicken Parmesan with gluten free pasta and peas with garlic and mushrooms. We're using Trader Joe's brown rice pasta with the Chicken Parmesan; Tinkayada pasta works well also, if you don't have a Trader Joe's handy.

Sounds delicious! I prefer Tinkyada to Trader Joe's but either is good.

I haven't tried making something like this in the crock pot before. I usually bake it. Maybe I'll try it this way one of these days. Sounds very yummy.

That sounds like an easy way to do chicken parmesan. I haven't had that since I went gluten-free! Thanks for the recipe.
